Eligible for Return

• Items delivered in wrong or damaged condition
• Items that are defective or not working on arrival
• Wrong item shipped vs. what was ordered

Not Eligible for Return

• Custom or made-to-order items (3D prints, acrylic, PCBs)
• Items damaged due to incorrect use or wiring
• Items returned after 7 days of delivery
• Items without original packaging

How to Return

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Send a WhatsApp message or email with your order details and a photo of the issue
3. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
4. Ship the item back to our Islamabad/Rawalpindi address
5. Refund or replacement processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return

Refund Method

Refunds are issued via Easypaisa or JazzCash to the number used for payment, within 3–5 business days.
